How not to turn into a clumsy, bureaucratic corporation with the crap of corridor wars and the only motivation of management reduced to the slogan «don’t make a mistake»? One idea is to create a company performance department, similar to DOGE».
The manager says that a commercial company is different from a government, where «you can fire every official and it will only get better». Usually, all employees are needed, and layoffs lead to losses. Solution growth «Nova Post» leads to an increase in the number of employees, not the other way around. Therefore, the company will not audit all employees, but only those who «do not touch the parcels». The emphasis will be on process efficiency, not layoffs.
«I plan to divide these employees into two categories – those who support the company’s operations and those who develop and improve it. To give preference and resources to the latter. And most importantly, to find unnecessary and harmful processes that should be eliminated. It is important to remove everything that prevents the company from developing and moving forward».
