It hasn’t been working since this morning online ticket sales on trains «Ukrzaliznytsia», in particular through «Army+». The company is reinforcing stations, and tickets are available from train managers.
Around 8 am on March 23 «Ukrzaliznytsia» said a technical failure in the IT system that has not yet been resolved. Ticket sales through the carrier’s app and website, online ordering of services and inquiries are not working. The company is reinforcing its shifts at railway stations with additional employees and asks to use its pages on social media.
«Ukrzaliznytsia» changed its processes to secure the sale tickets while the online service is down. The company reminds that previously purchased e-tickets can be found via email in the form of PDF files. Starting at 10:00 a.m., ticket sales for all international flights departing on March 23 and 24 will be open at the ticket office.
«The purchase of tickets through the «Army+ service is also not working. At the same time, we will ensure that members of the Ukrainian Defense Forces who need to travel urgently and cannot purchase tickets online can always travel by».
«Ukrzaliznytsia» advises the military to buy tickets at all station ticket offices, including priority ticket offices for the military, or to buy tickets directly on board from train managers who have received the appropriate instructions. Work is underway to restore online services.
