On Friday, the government supported a resolution that opens up access to state defense technologies to private companies. About said Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Herman Smetanin.
The resolution regulates the rules for transferring design documentation for Ukrainian weapons to various business entities. This will help scale up arms production.

These may include private companies that are able to establish production on the required scale. The resolution also provides for the preservation of state secrets and the protection of intellectual property rights.
The minister states that this approach will make it possible to provide the Ukrainian Defense Forces with the necessary weapons and military equipment of domestic production more efficiently.
