The «Diia» app plans to launch an online exam for obtaining a driver’s license. According to the official, they plan to create a pilot project first. This online exam will use built-in artificial intelligence to track human behavior. Fedorov added that thanks to the new approach, Ukrainians will have the opportunity to take online exams for driving licenses, tests, and theoretical parts.
«We are currently working on the digitalization of CSC centers. We want to launch it, and we have already agreed with the Minister… it will be piloted. We are going to take the driving license exams online, pass the theoretical part», — said Mykhailo Fedorov.
The official added that the Ministry of Digital Transformation plans to eliminate communication between people and service centers and make all services for drivers «as online as possible».

The «Actions» app will offer all the features of the service for applicants for a driver’s license: passing the exam and sending the finished document by mail.
However, it is not specified how the practical driving skills will be tested in this case.
